SALEM, NJ – The City of Salem announced the donation and redevelopment of a blighted residential property to Allied Resources for Kids, a local non profit organization, on April 24.
The project will be a full renovation of the property led by St. Joseph’s Carpenter Society in collaboration with Salem’s Youth Build Program and Salem High School’s Career Now students.
This initiative is a part of a broader neighborhood revitalization effort supported by Stand Up for Salem through funding from the Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit Program.
