Mays Landing, NJ- Latoya Canti says she’s been given a vision from God to do Equip Training Ministries with the focus being on families in Atlantic County. Canti is an apostle who is no stranger to doing work in ministry on God’s behalf but before she did this type of work she was a girl from Vineland who was struggling with identity all while giving birth to her first born son at 17 years old; but it was her parents especially her Father who helped her refocus her life, “When my Dad came back in my life my whole world changed,” said Canti.

The encouraging words from Canti’s parents and from her Pastor encouraged her all the way to college and she graduated from Oral Roberts University, served in the military, and became a park guide at the Booker T. Washington State Park. Equip Training Ministries aims to identify, discover, and train kids in the skills God has already given them and align them with people who can help them turn what they’re good at into a skill to give to the world, “The lack of exposure can bring a deficit in how they perform” said Canti.
