WATCH: What’s Good In South Jersey? Lakes Bay Unity Park

PLEASANTVILLE, N.J. – City of Pleasantville Mayor Judy M. Ward cut the ribbon on Lake Bay Unity Park with special guest Melba Moore who sang at the event. 

The new park is built on the grounds where the old Pleasantville Joker’s football field previously stood, but now taking its place is a new jungle gym along with an area for getting wet. Vendors and live music was a part of the event including Fish Heads and Kona Ice were available to the people. 

The event was organized by Bobby Laws, City of Pleasantville business administrator, who brought out other city officials and area families to the new facility.
