CHERRY HILL, N.J. — James Castorina is the owner of You First Integrative Wellness, and he wants South Jersey to come, stop in and visit.

Castorina is a therapist that has been around for a decade and working in several counties in South Jersey providing his services because he feels there is few mental health resources in South Jersey. You First Integrative Wellness’s mission is in the name; every person that signs up for a session will feel prioritized and know that they come first.

“I knew when I was seventeen that I wanted to be a therapist,” said Castorina. “I’m probably one of the only people that actually knew what they wanted to do going into college and stuck with it.”

Castorina is a graduate of Rowan University, and the lack of mental health resources in South Jersey matters to him, so he decided to take action.

“I deal with people who hear voices or see things that aren’t there, and to see these people come in and, helping them find what obstacles are there that are getting in the way of their recovery, there’s no better feeling,” Castorina said.

You First Integrative Wellness includes a massage therapist and yoga instructor to make the experience even better and more exciting. Jared Lamont Dunn and Emily Sinclair are helping Castorina serve South Jersey and provide more resources.

“I want you to feel as though you are a part of your care,” Sinclair said. “I want you to know you are in charge of your mind, body, and health care as well, I’m only a part of it.” Sinclair is a life coach as well as the yoga instructor and just wants to assist along the journey of her clients getting and feeling better within their bodies.

“I’m not here to wave the magic wand and make things different, I’m here to guide you to find how you need to make yourself different,” he added.

Jared Lamont Dunn says he’s been Castorina’s massage therapist for years but never asked for therapy but one day therapy really helped.

“I feel amazing letting go of stuff that doesn’t matter anymore and coming here is a safe space, I feel comfortable coming here,” said Dunn.

You First Integrative Wellness is definitely What’s Good in South Jersey this week! Come down to Cherry Hill and make an appointment with Mr. Castorina and his team will definitely put you first!
