On Saturday, July 22, First Star New Jersey wrapped up the Summer Academy. According to their website, First Star New Jersey’s goal is “to provide high school youth in foster care with the opportunity, tools, and support to successfully transition to self-sufficiency through higher education or other viable pathways.” As their director, it’s with pleasure I post this recap of our summer together because the children had a great time. It’s What’s Good in South Jersey.
