VOORHEES, N.J. — The Walter & Leah Rand Scholarship and Awards dinner is held to recognize individuals in South Jersey who are making a positive impact in their regions. Several honorees are selected and among them was Rob Curley, TD Bank’s commercial market President and Private Sector Honoree.
“I’ve been a lifelong resident of south jersey and I love to see south jersey thrive,” said Curley. “I like to do what I can from my position at TD Bank to make a difference in our communities and really make it a better place to live work and raise your family.”
Jennifer Webb- McRae is also among the honorees for her service in the prosecutor’s office in Cumberland County. While humbly accepting her honor, she also takes into account that there is still work that needs to be done in her area of Cumberland County.

“The Lord is faithful, and if we continue to press on he’ll reward us for our labor,” said McRae. “It’s remembering the good triumphs and also remembering the things that still need to be worked on, Dulce is one of them.”
The proceeds from the scholarship dinner go towards Rutgers Camden students who are funding their real world public affairs projects in the service of the residents in South Jersey. One of those student recipients was Ummulkhayer Sameha, an aspiring law student at Rutgers Camden. The Walter & Leah Rand Scholarship & Awards Dinner is definitely What’s Good in South Jersey!
