MULLICA HILL, N.J. — Inspira Health is currently conducting a community health needs assessment for Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties.

The collective well-being of members of a community is referred to community health as people who live in the same area are often populations that share health characteristics. For example, some communities might see higher obesity rates because of limited access to nutritious foods in the local grocery stores.

The survey will help identify the needs of the region and help Inspira to develop programs to improve the health and well-being of those in the community.

To participate in the community health needs assessment, go to https://www.inspirahealthnetwork.org/CHNA.

The survey will take about 15 minutes, and participants can choose to enter a raffle to win a $50 Visa Gift Card.

The deadline to participate is March 4, 2022
