VINELAND, N.J. — GoldenGate inc. has opened a new women’s shelter in Vineland to support community members who need it the most.
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom shelter provides a number of resources to community members — including toiletries, pots/pans, and linens. However, the Legacy House women’s shelter also provides mothers with life coaches and other training resources to take with them after leaving the shelter.
“The end result is when she leaves here, she’s going to walk out the door with a whole lot more than she walked in here with,” Valerie Robinson, the CEO of GoldenGate inc. said.
