Law Enforcement Asking for Photos and Videos of Area Where 5-Year-Old, Dulce Maria Alavez, Went Missing

An Amber Alert has been issued for Dulce Maria Alavez, 5, who went missing at the Bridgeton City Park shortly after 4 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 16.

BRIDGETON, N.J. — Law enforcement is asking the public for photos and videos of the area where 5-year-old Dulce Maria Alavez went missing.

They are asking for any photos or videos of the Bridgeton City Park Recreational Area on Monday, Sept. 16 from 3 to 6 p.m. The information from the photos and videos may be innocuous but it could potentially be valuable to the investigation to bring Dulce back home.

The Bridgeton Police Department, the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office, the New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit and the Federal Bureau of Investigation worked throughout the weekend in the search for Dulce who went missing on Monday, Sept. 16 at the Bridgeton City Park.

Dulce has brown eyes and hair, stands approximately 3′ tall, and weighs 60 to 70 pounds. She was last seen wearing a yellow shirt with an elephant design, black and white pants, and white shoes.
