SALEM, N.J. — The Salem County Commission on Women has announced their 2023 Nancy Timberman Scholarship application is now available online.
This scholarship opportunity is open to all women in Salem County who are going attending an accredited vocational, technical, or post-secondary school, college, or university.
“We are offering up to two scholarships in the amount of $500.00, with a total of $1,000 available,” the commission stated in a press release.
All applications must be received by Tuesday, May 2, 2023, 4:00 PM. To apply for the scholarship, an application must be completed, along with a submission of a 400-word essay.
The instructions and application are posted on our Salem County Commission on Women website at https://www.salemcountynj.gov/departments/commission-on-women, and a link will be posted on our Facebook page at Salem County Commission on Women. Hard copies are available at the Salem County Fifth Street Office Complex, 110 Fifth Street, Salem, NJ 08079.
