RCSJ To Host Annual Wind Symphony Concert

VINELAND, N.J. – The Rowan College of South Jersey-Cumberland (RCSJ) Wind Symphony will present its annual “Wind Symphony and Chamber Music Repertoire” concert on Wednesday, March 2, at 7:30 p.m. in the Guaracini Performing Arts Center.

The Wind Symphony will present selections that portray a musical journey across our country illustrated by the following titles: Chesapeake, Sedona, New York 1927, and others.

Along with the Wind Symphony selections, the band will subdivide into sectional chamber ensembles, to highlight the various sections and instruments of the Wind Symphony.

The Cumberland Campus Bands are entering their 39th performance season with the founding Director, and RCSJ-Cumberland Music Professor, Joseph Akinskas.

The concert is free and open to the public.

RCSJ-Cumberland is located at 3322 College Dr. in Vineland.
