Update: Cherry Hill Police Seeking Information Regarding Hit-and-Run On Route 38

Update: (10-28-2019 4:02 p.m.) Cherry Hill Police have issued an updated release stating that the vehicle they are looking for is believed to be a dark-colored older model Nissan Maxima or Nissan Altima.

CHERRY HILL, N.J. — Cherry Hill Police are currently investigating a hit-and-run pedestrian accident that occurred in the early-morning hours of Friday, Oct. 25 at approximately 4:45 a.m.

A male pedestrian was crossing in the marked crosswalk on Route 38 in the area of Chestnut Street. While he crossed the westbound lanes he was struck by an eastbound vehicle in the right lane. The driver of the vehicle did not stop and continued traveling along Route 38 east.
