Camden County Police Department Launching Anonymous Crime Reporting App

On Wednesday, April 17th the Camden County Police Department announced that it has partnered with STOPit, a mobile app that allows citizens to send reports about illegal activity.

With STOPit, Camden residents can submit anonymous tip reports containing text, photos or video. Officers then can message back with the reporter to address the issue.

Residents can send reports from the illegal use of ATVs to graffiti, illegal dumping, nuisance properties, and other neighborhood issues.

In all emergency situations, however, residents should be sure to always call 911.

You can download the free STOPit app on the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store and using access code CAMDENNJ.
