SOUTH JERSEY — U.S News & World Report names eight Rowan University online programs amongst the best in its annual issue of online college rankings, which collected surveys from more than 1,800 colleges and universities.

  • Bachelors Program for Veterans {49th)
  • Masters in Education Programs (58th)
  • Masters in Criminal Justice Programs (58th)
  • Masters in Engineering Programs (79th)
  • Bachelors Programs (85th)
  • Bachelors in Nursing Programs (109th)
  • MBA Programs (115th)
  • Masters in Business Programs (115th)

“We are constantly adding new programs online based on market values,” said Joe Cardona, Vice President of Rowan University Public Relations. “Not everyone can conveniently get their education on campus so we have been making it easier for anyone to get their degrees online.”

In September of 2022, U.S News magazine ranked Rowan in the top 100 of American public Universities, and is known to be the third fastest growing public research colleges, according to the Chronicle of Higher Education.

Further, the university has added two medical schools, and is creating New Jersey’s first veterinary school,  partnering with Virtua Health in efforts to change medical education, research, and healthcare in South Jersey.

With the growth of their online education, Rowan has nearly doubled its enrollment with about 23,000 students. This learning institution looks to expand by welcoming a more diverse group of people.

“We are a very Veteran friendly school,” said Cardona. “We try our best to accommodate everyone’s needs. We have also been attracting plenty of international students because of the increase in online programs.”
