SEWELL, N.J. — The Gloucester County Mega Vaccination Site at Rowan College of South Jersey administered its 75,000th COVID-19 vaccination on Sunday, February 21.

“This is a great accomplishment, and we’re very impressed with the site,” Director Robert M. Damminger said. “We’re extremely thankful to our staff, volunteers and nurses for working so hard to make this possible.”
The 75,000th shot was administered to Angelina DiGregorio of West Deptford. DiGregorio has been a resident of Gloucester County for over 50 years.
DiGregorio explained what getting the vaccination means to her.
“Freedom,” she said. “With caution. It means I can see my family and maybe even hug my grandchildren and great grandchildren!”
The Gloucester County Mega Vaccination Site is staged at Rowan College of South Jersey is located at 1400 Tanyard Rd., Sewell.
Pre-registration for the vaccine can be completed on the NJ Vaccine Scheduling System and registrants will be notified when an appointment is available: https://covidvaccine.nj.gov.
