MAYS LANDING, N.J. – The Atlantic County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs will offer two free grant writing workshops to help local arts and history organizations develop and enhance their funding proposals.
A workshop that will focus on the arts will be held at 6 PM on Tuesday, August 6, at 6:00 P.M. A second workshop that focuses on history will be held on Wednesday, August 7, at 6:00 P.M. Both workshops will be held at the Atlantic County Veterans Museum, 189 Route 50 South, Mays Landing. Matthew Pisarski, AICP, PP of Pine Mount Consulting, will lead both sessions.
Anyone unable to attend the one specific workshop that addresses a particular interest may still gain valuable knowledge and information by attending the other workshop as parts of each application are similar and will be covered in both workshops. Specific questions may be addressed following the presentation.
The Atlantic County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs provides Atlantic County non-profit organizations the opportunity to apply for grant funding for projects that promote art or history and provide public benefit and accessibility.
Registration is required and is available online at: atlantic-county.org//cultural-affairs. Participants may attend one or both workshops.
