
PITTSGROVE, N.J. – The Salem County Department of Health and Human Services – Alcohol and Drug Abuse Service will be holding a free NARCAN training class next month.
The training will be held on Thursday, June 20th at the Pittsgrove Senior Center located at 743 Centerton Road in Pittsgrove.
The training will include overdose prevention strategies, signs and symptoms of an overdose, how to administer Naloxone, rescue treating, overdose prevention lead rights, support information and resources. At the end of the training participates will be given a free NARCAN Kit.
Training is provided by Urban Treatment Centers.
