BERLIN, N.J. – Nearly 75 Jefferson Health volunteers, based at New Jersey locations, were honored for their many years and hours of service at a special luncheon, held at Lucien’s Manor on April 16th.
Volunteers were recognized for reaching milestones for hours of service that ranged from 100 hours to more than 10,000 hours.
Deptford resident Marion DeCecco, a Jefferson Stratford Hospital volunteer for more than 30 years, was recognized for the most hours of service to date, 15,900. Cherry Hill resident Dolores Colace, a Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital volunteer, was recognized for 40 years of service to the healthcare organization.
Lisa Fedorick, Corporate Manager of Volunteer Services at Jefferson Health in New Jersey, shared her appreciation for all volunteers, stating that longevity is the strength and heart of the program, which currently has more 400 volunteers serving the South Jersey community.
