The Atlantic City Blackjacks have announced that Jason “Coffee” Jones will join the radio team as a Color Commentator for 2019 season.

Jones will join Nick Kosko the Play-By-Play Announcer for the Blackjacks for pre-game, in-game, and post-game broadcasts.

He made his professional debut in the AF2 in 2007 playing with the Louisville Fire and in 2009 playing for the Quad City Steamwheelers.

Jones joined the Arena Football League (AFL) in 2010 with the Cleveland Gladiators. He would later play for multiple AFL teams including, Milwaukee Mustangs, Pittsburgh Power and Philadelphia Soul.

“I’m extremely excited to join the AC Blackjacks for this inaugural season of the franchise,” said Jones. “This is an organization that has been built from the ground up, with phenomenal ownership, veteran coaches and a determined staff with one unified goal in mind…bringing a championship to the Boardwalk! I have lived Arena Football for many years, and I have an unrivaled passion for the game. I can’t wait to share it with the fans on the Jersey Shore and beyond!”

The Atlantic City Blackjacks’ inaugural campaign will begin on the road on Saturday, April 27th against the three-time League champions, Philadelphia Soul, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
